- In this key role, you will oversee Zurich’s incident management and breach reporting framework. Your primary responsibilities will include triaging incidents, regulatory reporting/remediation and supporting Line 1 in relation to all incidents and breaches. Liaising with a range of stakeholders, you will also provide expert compliance and regulatory advice to the business.- Important to your success - let's grow together- Strong experience in the Financial Services sector
- Knowledge of industry codes, complaints bodies and relevant regulations
- Previous experience in breach submissions and/or regulatory reporting highly desirable
- RG146 or other related industry qualifications desirable
- Experience using Salesforce will be beneficial
- Solid knowledge of processes/tools to assess organisational risk
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
