**About the Opportunity**

Our AINs play a vital role in supporting our nursing staff and delivering safe, respectful, and patient-centred care every day. In the role you will:

- Provide personal care, mobility support, and daily living assistance under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Support Registered and Enrolled Nurses with patient care tasks as directed.
- Assist with collecting accurate health data and clinical observations.
- Maintain clear, timely, and compliant patient documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team, and contribute to quality improvement activities.

**About You**
- You have completed a Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (HLT33115) or have completed at least one year of undergraduate nursing studies.
- You are a strong communicator with well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal skills that support effective interactions in a clinical environment.
- You bring recent, relevant experience in patient care and demonstrate the ability to deliver safe, high-quality support in line with clinical standards.
- You thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and are committed to supporting your colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
- You are adaptable, eager to learn, and open to new challenges in a dynamic healthcare setting.
