**About the Opportunity**

As an Assistant in Nursing, you will work alongside our Registered Nurses to provide high-quality, hands-on care to patients. Your role is vital in ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety for every individual in our care.

This position plays a key role in ensuring continuity of care and enhancing the overall patient experience. In this role you will
Deliver direct, person-centred care that supports patients’ personal care, mobility, and communication needs.
- Assist nurses with clinical care and interventions as directed to ensure safe and effective treatment.
- Accurately collect healthcare information and maintain thorough documentation in patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to promote a supportive environment.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and uphold high standards of customer service excellence.

**About You**
- Completed Certificate III in Health Services Assistance or one year of undergraduate nursing training.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Recent relevant experience in the specialty area.
- Committed to teamwork within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Dedicated to delivering high-quality care with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- HITH has multiple hubs over the Central Coast, therefore a driver's license is essential.
