**The Firm**

An international firm with offices in major cities across Australia and in Shanghai.

The firm has a sophisticated client base ranging from high net worth individuals to publicly listed Australian and foreign corporates, and private companies with over 100 employees. The firm's clients are largely in the Hospitality industry and as a result of this, there is a significant amount of general Franchising, Property, and general Commercial work.

The firm is enjoying growth due to pure work coming through and enjoys work hard and play hard attitude.

**The Role**

A full-time, permanent role for a strong Commercial litigator who is able to autonomously run matters from beginning to end without close supervision.

You will be able to draft all necessary documents, obtain clear instructions from clients, brief and instruct barristers, and engage in occasional solicitor-advocacy for preliminary and interlocutory hearings.

You can expect to access challenging cases with multimillion-dollar values and expect to deal with clients with a turnover of up to $200 million per annum.

The firm recognises the value of its lawyers and investing in their future in order to secure the firm's future, including at partnership level.

It will be ideal if the successful applicant is fluent in Mandarin.

**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years PAE practising Commercial litigation exclusively in reputable Sydney CBD-based law firms that are known for their skills and prowess in Commercial Litigation
- Ambition to prove yourself and get ahead in your career
- Strong interpersonal skills: straightforward and succinct communication skills and a pro-client approach to your work
