One of Melbourne most expanding asset and realisation groups is looking for a **Group General Manager,** to spearhead a modern portfolio of general hospitality and hotel projects. The position is based in Melbourne, and we are searching for highly experienced individuals with a depth of knowledge in the **cluster hotel operations, decisive due diligence and wider project management.**

**6+ years as cluster GM & project management experience**

Confident in negotiations & holdings meetings with diverse stakeholders & world recognised hotel brands

**Strong finance background to ensure that budgets stack up to objectives and constructions costs. (Former FC background is an advantage)**

Network with local government, third parties and company authorities

**Clear focused on an early road maps of hotel constructions and openings**

Reporting to CEO & involved in all hospitality projects

**Overall responsibilities for multiple projects**

Decisive & advanced administration skills including budgets, business plans & operation manuals

**Astute in hotel openings and operations**

**Salary**: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours

**Experience**:

- Been a Group General Manager (required)
- Strong Finance background (required)
- Asset Management experience (required)
