The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Cluster Manager to oversee a portfolio of stores across Chadstone Shopping Centre. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading, inspiring, and developing Store Managers and their teams to deliver sales growth, operational excellence, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and KPI performance across your region through effective leadership and coaching.

- Ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience across all locations.

- Lead, inspire and develop staff members, fostering high-performing teams.

- Oversee store presentation, VM standards, and stock management.

- Monitor financial performance including wages, shrinkage and controllable costs.

- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and omni-channel experiences.

- Build strong internal relationships and act as a true brand ambassador.

- Managing and overseeing 1 boutique and 2 concessions.

- Proven multi-site or large-format management experience in fashion, lifestyle or a related retail sector.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse reports and deliver results.

- A hands-on leader who inspires, motivates and develops others.

- Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering elevated service.

- Adaptable, resilient and confident managing change in a fast-paced environment.
