Our client is a major global luxury group who have an amazing opportunity in their flagship store for a driven Assistant Store Manager.

As part of the Store Management team, you are responsible for driving business results through continuous development of the store team, as well as an optimised management of store image, product and operations.

**The role includes**:

- Business Development
- assist the Store Manager in reports and analysis, and strategise new ways to improve results
- Team Management - motivating and developing the team
- Client Management - build relationships with their clientele
- Customer Relationship Management - manage customer database, drive appointment bookings and manage in-store VIP events
- Store Management - including housekeeping, inventory management and visual merchandising

**About you**
- Proven experience in an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager position
- luxury experience is preferred however not essential
- Understanding of speciality retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
- Elevated customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
- A high-energy, positive presence and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences
