About the Role:

As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in relaunching our refreshed Chatswood location—supporting the Store Manager in building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving business success from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the successful re-opening and daily operations of our new retail store
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and results
  • Drive sales and achieve KPIs through effective floor leadership and team development
  • Ensure visual merchandising and operational standards reflect the Coach brand
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy team environment
About You:
  • Previous leadership experience in premium or luxury retail
  • Passionate about fashion, people, and creating memorable customer experiences
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Results-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach
