**The Role**

This is a superb opportunity for a Foreman to join a thriving commercial builder who pride themselves on delivering high quality projects nationally.

**About Our Client**

Hya People are pleased to be working with a established commercial builder who specialize in the delivery of new build and fit-out projects across the commercial, healthcare, retail, hospitality, education and government sector.

**About you**
- Previous experience leading teams on commercial projects
- Ability to work to high standards or quality assurance and tight time frames.
- People leadership - flexible, adaptable & calm
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to drive a project delivery team
- A strong desire to learn with ambition to progress into a Site Foreman.
- Trade/tertiary qualification in construction or similar.
- You must hold a current White card.

**You will display the following skills / background**.
- Assisting the Foreman & Site Manager with managing subcontractors scope of works.
- Managing safety compliance;
- Mitigating safety and environment risks and reporting on incidences.
- Managing equipment and material orders
- Administration including timesheets, delivery dockets and site diary entries;
- Assisting with toolbox talks and site inductions;
