**About the team**:
Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team cares for, supports, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our customers every day.

We’re looking for an exceptional **Loss Prevention Lead** in the Adelaide (and surrounding subourbs) area to join our Smarter Profit team.

**About the role**:
You’ll work closely with our high loss stores to deliver markdown, waste and stock loss performance improvements through coaching and influencing the management team to ensure the sustainable delivery of profitable sales.

You will also:

- Support management to develop and own targeted improvement plans
- Ensure overall compliance to operating standards, process/procedures and ways of working relating to total loss and store security
- Deliver national programs and initiatives specific to the reduction of total loss in high loss stores
- Design, develop and deliver specific store strategies to minimise target and address loss performance

**About you and your skills**:
You will have:

- Knowledge of store operations, merchandise functions, inventory and supply chain interface would be highly beneficial
- The Ability to identify trends of poor performance and provide solutions to improve total loss performance
- Investigative and root cause analysis skills
- Experience influencing retail management teams and confidence in conflict management
- The ability to engage with and understand a multitude of stakeholders from head office to store level
- Comfort in coaching performance improvements with peers and/or non-direct reports.
