We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner to enhance access to care and lead clinical innovation — or an experienced Practice Nurse (RN) ready to contribute to patient care and grow their career.

About the Role

Depending on your scope and registration, responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting patient assessments, care planning, and follow-up
  • Managing acute and chronic conditions, including prescribing and referrals (NP)
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostics within scope (NP)
  • Immunisations, wound care, ECGs, iron infusions, and minor procedures
  • Chronic disease management: Care Plans, Health Assessments, Comprehensive Medical Assessments
  • Patient education and preventative health initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate records and collaborating closely with GPs and healthcare professionals

What You'll Need

For Nurse Practitioners:

  • Endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA
  • Authority to prescribe under PBS and order diagnostics under MBS
  • Experience in general practice/primary care
  • Strong clinical reasoning and autonomous practice skills

For Practice Nurses (RNs):

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous general practice experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Best Practice software (desirable)
  • Strong teamwork, organisation, and communication skills
