Jessicas is a historic 24 place childcare centre in the heart of Ryde that's just been completely renovated. We're now ready to build a small A-team of smiley, passionate qualified educators.

We're looking for an experienced Room leader that wants to focus on a small number of children to provide them with the best care, one will bring our vision to life, and have a huge positive impact on our children, staff, families and community, we're also looking for multiple diploma and Cert III qualified educators, If you want to make a difference in children's lives then this is for you
- **Role and Responsibility**_

Create a stimulating, positive and appropriate environment to foster and support the development of the children.

Communicate positively and openly with children and their families on an ongoing basis.

Conduct observation and evaluation of children's development.

Assist children in daily routines.

Respond to the emotional and developmental needs of the children.

Be a positive and collaborative team member.
- **Qualifications**_

Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

Current first aid certificate,

CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate,

Current Working with Children Check,

Child Protection training.
- **Desirable**_

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

Familiarity with OWNA software

**Job Types**: Full-time

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

Pay: $23.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
