About us
Kids Planet Academy Early Childhood Education is a strong and energetic centre, highly rated by parents and local business award finalist for it's excellent service.
We are excited to be seeking a number of Trained Educators (Cert III or above) to join our growing team in this architecturally designed early childhood education and care service located just 100m from North Ryde metro station. Staff parking is also possible.

Duties & responsibilities
- Assisting management and smooth operation of the service.
- Educate and nuture children with knowledge and safety
- Initiate communication with co worker and parents for development progress
- Help and support administrative procedures.
- Support the innovative educational program development involving observation, planning and implementing learning experiences to promote children's development, evaluating, and keeping appropriate records.
- Learn and support the delivery of the educational program.
- Show excellent team playing qualities, be proactive and set high standards for yourself, team members and centre performance by sharing positive team spirit and behaviours.
Skills & experience
- Work in partnership with the Director and Lead Educators to create a dynamic, learning environment for children preparing for school.
- Ensure developmentally appropriate programs are planned and implemented for each child to maximise their love of learning.
- Assess the needs of each child and monitor their progress to ensure school readiness.
- Manage daily routines and associated administrative and compliance tasks.
- Provide supervision and assistance to other educators in the room when requested.
- Maintain health and safety standards, and risk minimisation strategies.
- Build and support respectful communication and beneficial partnerships with families.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Casual
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
