**About the role**

West HQ is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our Customer Service team. Based in the Rooty Hill RSL Club, this role will perform general reception and administrative duties and will support the daily functions of the Customer Service team.

Additional duties can include:

- Kiosk attendant
- Cloak room attendant
- Ticketing for shows in our Sydney Coliseum Theatre (Ticketek)
- Memberships

This position also involves ensuring the appropriate legislative processes are performed accurately when allowing people entry into the venue including RSA.

West HQ is looking for the right person, someone who is perceptive, proactive, meticulous, knowledgeable, refined & personable.

**In addition you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience as a receptionist;
- Excellent administrative skills;
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport;
- Knowledgeable and able to provide information on events, activities and services occurring and have an ability to quickly learn about the products and services available across the business;
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite of products;
- Is a positive team player who strives to exceed customers expectations;
- Demonstrated high-level organizational skills, and ability to work proactively and autonomously;
- Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines;
- Ability to draft written communications and manage documents and databases
- RSA & RCG Competency Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work nights and weekends in addition to day shifts
