**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Specialize in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) - Core HR and Recruitment (ORC) and Journey.
- Support HCM Core HR and Recruitment modules. Analyze module specific related issues and advise resolution.
- Investigate HDL errors and troubleshoot.
- Address and resolve any technical issues or system bugs within Oracle Recruitment Cloud, liaising with Oracle support when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Configure and manage employee journeys, particularly for new hires, ensuring that recruitment and onboarding experiences are seamless and automated through the Oracle Recruitment Cloud.
- Work with HR teams to customize journey templates that guide employees through different stages of recruitment and onboarding, tailoring the process to meet business needs and provide a personalized experience.
- Test quarterly releases/patches to make sure all the existing functionalities are working as expected. Analyze and report potential system impact.
- Coordinate with business on existing configurations and advice on setups. Estimate configuration changes and need of any new component.
- Collaborate on new allowance or grade rate creation and amendment.
- Examine integration (inbound and outbound) issues and suggest remediation actions.
- Develop and maintain OTBI reports, Analytics, Dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects that arise during the implementation.
- Perform CRP demo, mitigate and resolve defects raised during User Acceptance Testing.
- Develop integration between Oracle Payroll and HR systems and HCM Cloud.
- Prepare documentation for Gap Analysis, Business Requirements, Application Functional Design and Application Technical Design with sign off from business.
