Oracle EPM Cloud ARCS Architect
Key Responsibilities
As an ARCS Architect, you will:*

• Architect and design scalable ARCS solutions to streamline and automate account reconciliation processes.
• Lead end-to-end implementations of ARCS, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimise reconciliation workflows and integration points.
• Provide technical leadership in ARCS configuration, automation, and integration with other Oracle EPM tools.
• Define and deliver best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives and ongoing enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, governance, and industry best practices.
• Drive innovation through proof-of-concept (PoC) developments for new features and integrations.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ARCS and related EPM solutions.
• Mentor and upskill junior consultants, promoting capability growth across the team.
• Engage in business development activities including solution design workshops and client consultations.

*Qualifications
Essential:*

• Significant experience in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions with a focus on ARCS and FCCS.
• Proven expertise in solution architecture, system integration, and automation within financial close and reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes and hands-on proficiency in Oracle FCCS, HFM, and related applications.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable reconciliation solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

*Preferred:*

• Oracle EPM certifications or relevant credentials.
• Experience in cloud-based financial applications.
• Understanding of data governance, compliance, and regulatory standards.
