We are proud to be exclusively partnering with this employer of choice to recruit a Stakeholder Engagement Manager to join their onsite project team, conveniently situated between Brisbane & Gold Coast.

**The Appointment**
The purpose of the position will be to manage day-to-day interface with the communities and stakeholder groups in relation to the project. As a Community & Stakeholder Engagement Manager you will play a key role through the design, planning and project delivery phases of this project. Reporting into the Project Manager, you'll assist with developing and implementing a stakeholder and community relations program supporting the project engagement objectives. You will manage stakeholder and community engagements and provide advice to the project team on communications, community, and stakeholder relations activities to enable successful project delivery.

**The Appointee**
To be successful in this position you will possess the following:

- Tertiary Degree (Bachelor level) or certificate or relevant experience (disciplines relevant to function area, e.g. public relations, journalism, stakeholder management, marketing).
- 5-7 years' experience providing strategic communications advice and services
- Relevant industry exposure including construction, infrastructure, engineering project exposure - Rail project exposure would be highly advantageous
- Hands on approach and team player mentality
