**About the role**

We're seeking a **Category Manager - Cabot’s** who is passionate about growing and evolving the Woodcare Category. This role involves using data and a customer-focused approach to set and review category performance, inform brand strategy, and spearhead projects such as range reviews and space optimization initiatives to enhance the business

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct category reviews and develop robust plans for presentation to key stakeholders.
- Manage the space planning database, providing category-centric recommendations.
- Extract data and translate it to gain category insight and recommendations.
- Drive the CPWB growth agenda, working with Category, Brand, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial teams, and key Customers

**Skills & Experience**
- Data analysis and reporting skills: Ability to use data tools and systems to generate insights and recommendations.
- Space planning and pricing strategy: Experience with space optimization, range reviews, and margin optimization.
- Stakeholder engagement and communication skills: Ability to influence and work closely with cross-functional teams and customers
- Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding
