**Requirements**:
**The Role**
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team in Sydney on an initial 6 months contract which could lead to a permanent role.
We have a newly formed Talent Acquisition function where you will be working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager within a very supportive People & Culture team. You will also have a chance to be involved in the development of the Talent Acquisition processes and initiatives from the ground up.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- conduct end-to-end recruitment.
- Identify and manage a range of direct and passive sourcing strategies to find talented people.
- Develop and implement recruitment and selection strategies to attract employees from diverse backgrounds which supports the Diversity and Inclusion Plan.

**Skills and Experience**:
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment including best practice recruitment approaches and initiatives
- Experience with a HRIS, ATS and recruitment marketing tools
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Recruitment role (Agency or Internal)
- High level of competence with Microsoft Office software packages
- Experience with P&C Software systems is advantageous
- Degree in Human Resource Management or similar preferred
