Novo Nordisk International Operations encompasses markets in Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Oceania, and Latin America. **The position**
During the two-year programme you will undertake three challenging and exciting rotations of eight-months duration, starting in your home country Australia, followed by a combination of either HQ in Denmark or International Operations Strategic Head Office in Zurich, an IO Regional Office or one of our many global affiliates. You will become truly close to the marketplace and will get hands-on experience with business challenges and risks that pharmaceutical companies face in the marketplace and be able to impact the
business with the acquired financial understanding.The rotations are shaped to suit your development needs, while meeting our business requirements and to ensure you build the required competences needed to become a future finance leader in Novo Nordisk.-
**Qualifications**
To thrive and succeed as an International Operation Finance Graduate in Australia, we expect you to have:
- Australian citizen or permanent residency holder
- A recent master's (from 2024 or 2025) or bachelor's degree (from 2023 or 2024) in a relevant field, for example within finance, economics, accounting, business administration, international business, management accounting and other key areas
- If you have a master's degree, then you will have no more than 1 year of full-time work experience between or after completing your master’s degree and no more than 3 to 4 years in total
- Above average academic achievements
- International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering
- Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies
- International mind-set and ability to adapt quickly to change
- Team-player attitude, excellent communication skills, high drive, and an eagerness to learn
- Globally mobile and professional fluency in English
