**About our Graduate Program**

Our Graduate Program provides hands-on experience through rotations across our core business functions. You’ll start in our Engagement, Standards and International Relations team, then rotate through key departments (Finance, the Project Management Office, and Growth & Development), before returning with fresh perspectives to the finance team and launching your career. Along the way, you’ll discover your strengths, broaden your skill set, and gain valuable insight into how standards contribute to keeping every Australian safe.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Support standards projects and committee coordination
- Assist with proposals, international standards, and consensus
- Collaborate with stakeholders for timely delivery
- Help manage relationships with government, industry, and international partners
- Prepare materials and submissions for meetings and forums
- Support strategic engagement and international standards policy

**We are seeking individuals who**
- Are recent university graduates with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and thrive in team environments
- Are passionate about innovation and collaboration
- Exhibit curiosity, adaptability, and initiative, with a positive, collaborative mindset
