**About The Role**:
We at InfraBuild would like to invite recent or soon-to-be graduates to take part in our 2026 Graduate Program within the **Finance** discipline based in Sydney.

Real Work with Real Outcomes - Starting in January 2026, our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immer., hands-on program provides practical learning through fundamental tasks and meaningful work. Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.

The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units. This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.

As a Graduate Finance, you will have the opportunity to

Eligibility Criteria:

- A genuine passion for Finance within the operational context of steel manufacturing and distribution.
- Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights.
- Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2025).
- Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience.
