Group Homes Australia is currently seeking a dedicated People and Talent Leader to manage our internal administration, recruitment, onboarding and ER matters. The People and Talent role is a permanent, full-time position that requires a dynamic, curious and can-do attitude. We’re on the lookout for an individual who not only exudes confidence in assisting our people, but also contributes to fostering a friendly and positive work environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Administration
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Drafting documentation and policies
- Maintaining compliance
- Supporting ER matters
- Mentor and support other team members.
- Develop an understanding of various departments within the organisation.
- Ad-hoc projects

**Desired Traits**
- Tertiary education
- Previous experience in Human Resources, with 3-6 years’ experience
- Experience with ER matters and WHS
- Lots of energy and detail-orientated
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Ability to ensure compliance requirements are met and sustained
- Mentor and support mindset
- Strong communication skills and has good experience with stakeholders
- Reliable, handle pressure, willing to roll up their sleeves
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
