**About SUMHIIT Fitness**:
SUMHIIT Fitness, an emerging fitness franchise concept, is a hyper-condensed, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) group workout that packs 50 minutes of supercharged exercise into only 35 minutes. Coach-led throughout the session, participants alternate every 60 seconds between heart-thumping cardio on the air bike and strength moves on the floor that keep muscles guessing. The workout unites those who love to push hard, sweat hard ad celebrate wins together, creating an intense training experience unique to the fitness industry.

**The Role**:
As a SUMHIIT Studio Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to the sales, operations and fitness teams of this new fitness brand in Australia. This position must have a solid understanding of sales and operational excellence and drive membership sales, as well as build an unbeatable culture in the studio. This leader must possess a high caliber approach to coaching and staff development and have an agile working style to suit a new and evolving brand.

**Day to day will include**:
Leadership
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring and on-boarding all new employees
- Plan and execute team training, and ongoing coaching and development for high performance of each team member
- Lead the scheduling of all studio staff
- Work with team for ongoing process improvement and a vigilance in a quality experience for our members
- Lead the performance management activities with each staff member including setting goals, ongoing coaching, career development and performance reviews

Sales
- Manage the sales process and work to exceed all sales while maintaining budget targets
- Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, marketing, outreach)
- Responsible for overseeing the sales process and systems
- Build and maintain class size through scheduling optimisation

Business Operations
- Responsible for meeting performance metrics (KPI’s) defined for customer service feedback, revenue, inventory, payroll, facilities and other costs related to business operations
- Monitor the P&L reports for the studio and use data to fill in any gaps between actual performance and company projections
- Audits and verifies the studio’s payroll information each payroll cycle
- Compliance for daily studio operations

**Experience and about you**:

- Fitness industry / Studio Management experience highly desired
- Minimum 3 years of previous sales experience required
- Min 3 years of management experience required, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, discipline, and termination
- Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment
- Finance acumen, including P&L analysis
- Displays enthusiasm, energy and a passion for health and fitness
- Naturally connects and builds rapport with a range of people and personalities
- Enjoys and thrives in sales-focused roles; performance driven
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
- Forward thinking and detail oriented
- Manages time well in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
