**Position Description**

Work as a valued mentor at Good Company supporting participants to enjoy fun and meaningful experiences and learn new skills. You will work with clients one-on-one and guide them in working towards their goals in a range of areas including home maintenance tasks, public transport, time management, taking holidays, making friends, community engagement, and looking for work.

**Available Shifts**

We have a variety of shifts available in suburbs all around Wollongong. Up to 38hrs on a weekly basis is available to successful applicants (both weekdays and weekends).**Shifts are at the same time each week** and typically 3-8 hours in duration, with multiple shifts in one day being available to staff. Our **team-based approach** supports you in your role with ongoing training and guidance**.**

**Things to Note**

Vehicle with comprehensive insurance is required for this role.
Relevant experience is preferred but not required.
Full training is provided.
This position **does** **not** involve any personal care or medication administration.

**Remuneration**

$0.92 per kilometre for required travel in your own vehicle during work hours and in between shifts scheduled 1hr or less apart
$30.96 Weekday
$33.00 Weekday (evening)
$43.33 Saturday
$55.71 Sunday
$68.09 Public Holiday
10.5% Superannuation

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.69 - $55.71 per hour
