**Make a difference as a Disability Support Worker**

**Shifts Available: Early Morning Shifts & Afternoon Shifts.**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist clients to live their lives as independently as possible
- Provide compassionate support to clients with complex and high-care disability needs
- Work as part of a wider team supporting our clients to reach their goals
- Attend meetings and client specific training sessions as required
- Record client progress notes in mobile app

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable members of our community
- Reliable availability for regular shifts to support continuity of care for clients on an ongoing roster
- Must have a **reliable car** and **valid driver’s license**:

- Must have a current **First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check,**and other relevant checks.
- **Hold a qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Community Care**_**(desirable)**_

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $36.00 - $41.00 per hour
