This role is with a National Home Insurance Company, based in either North Brisbane or Sunshine Coast.

**Your new role**
As their Claims & Assessment Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of allocated claims. Focusing on establishing the cause, scope and cost of insured claims and associated restoration, repair or rebuilding of damaged property whilst developing and maintaining excellent customer service. Work closely with the companies panel of restorers and suppliers to ensure they complete repairs to our customers’ homes to a high standard and for a fair and reasonable price (as contracted to the company).

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in Administration within the Building & Construction Industry and/or Insurance Claims experience (ideally)
- Good computer skills
