As an Education Account Executive for NSW you will expand strategic customer relationships with the NSW Department of Education and the Association of Independent Schools NSW to drive the jointly agreed multi-year Digital Transformation business strategy with the ultimate goal of empowering learners and educators in NSW to achieve more.

**Responsibilities**:
**The purpose of this role**

Expanding strategic education customer relationships to drive larger impact and targeted business growth, driving the jointly agreed customer multi-year Digital Transformation business strategy, delivering agreed outcomes while leading a virtual internal and external team with the customer and partners.
- Mobilising, orchestrating, mentoring, and leading the Microsoft Account Team, partners, and customer in order to help solidify the path to the complex yet exciting journey that is Digital Transformation
- Disrupting the mindset of customers and sales teams by bringing innovative ideas that showcase Microsoft's unique value proposition for education
- Building a trusted relationship with senior executive stakeholders, across the Education business to maintain Microsoft’s critical position as a trusted partner in supporting Education in NSW
- Leading the process of structuring deals and define the negotiation strategies for the customer account
- Establishing Microsoft as a leader in education transformation and future ready skills championing Microsoft’s mission to empower every student by supporting an education future-ready skills focus across the spectrum of our audience engagements, from high level conversations on skills/employability with leaders, to getting students excited about STEM, and empowering students to graduate with industry recognized skills
- Presenting and demonstrating key end-user solutions/capabilities and technical architectures aligned to a customer maturity framework/path across the Microsoft Cloud and contemporary classroom technologies such as MicrosoftTeams with School Data Sync (SDS), OneNote and the Office suite.
- Looking holistically to leverage the resources ready for deployment & adoption (usage) assistance for optimal customer experiences.
- Selling education services and solutions that:

- Grow usage of integrated learning solutions on the Microsoft platform (Office 365, Teams, Edge, OneNote)
- Drive student and educator usage by focusing on strategic workloads in the Microsoft Cloud (Teams, OneNote, Power Platform)
- Drive Azure as the cloud for education, including positioning the Microsoft Cloud as the preferred data platform to support personalised learning analytics
- Drive Dynamics 365 as the platform for school management and student information systems
- Grow and protect Windows 11 device share, by creating demand for experiences specific to Windows
- Drive active usage of Minecraft: Education Edition
- Remaining focused on customer facing time by running a healthy and predictable business that delivers on a jointly agreed customer Digital Transformation strategy maintaining rigorous sales process compliance
