**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a **motivated**and **energetic Sales Team Leader**to join our team

The Sales Team will primary attend to **Inbound Sales Enquiries** from **businesses (B2B)**, generated through phone or web sources. As the Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving the sales performance, both individual and for your team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. This **full-time role** is based in our **Malvern**, VIC office. **Inbound Sales with** **No Cold Calling**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve both individual and company sales targets and KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Lead an inbound sales team, assisting with product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Attend to inbound sales enquiries, generated from online sources and over the phone.
- Servicing B2B customers and delivering the best solution for their business needs.
- Follow up leads and efficiently manage sales pipeline using the company CRM.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.
- Provide regular performance feedback for team members.
- Provide the highest level of customer service and experience.
- Supporting the Sales Manager in developing and driving Sales Team.

**What we are looking for**:

- 3 Years+ past sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Previous experience in sales leadership position, including Team Leader or Manager
- Passion for driving sales performance and exceeding monthly KPI targets
- Highly energetic, self-motivated and well-organised
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, along with confident phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Committed to providing the highest level of customer service experience
- Experience with technology or telecommunication services
