**The Company**
This leading organisation provides Workplace Health and Safety services to a large range of clients across Australia. With an extensive portfolio of clients, this business will ensure you are consulting for a hugely diverse range of industries across resources, energy, construction, agriculture, mining services, facilities management, healthcare, education, NFP and everything in between.

**The Role**
As WHS Consultant within this organisation you will be field based and travelling to different sites across your geographical region. Your customer focussed approach will ensure that you are provide expert HSE support in a consultative manner.

Key areas of focus across your portfolio will be:

- Visiting client sites to meet with clients to review, create and implement documentation in relation to their workplace/WHS concerns, in line with established protocols
- Creation of applicable documents which can include policies, manuals, handbooks, and procedures
- Support the growth and development of the business through contributions to various projects and action groups
- Deliver training and presentations and other types of meetings to clients on topical issues when required

This will be a challenging, fast-paced role providing opportunities for development in a supportive and friendly working environment.

**Your Experience**
As a member of this large team of Consultants, you will be accustomed to working on site and engaging with clients to provide them with the tools and advice required to keep a strong safety culture and limit / eliminate any workplace risks.

We require:

- Minimum 12 months working within WHS

Strong understanding of HSE regulations for Australia
- Exposure to working across high risk industries
- Exceptional communication skills and desire to engage in partnership with clients and provide consultation, support and influence
- A team player with a positive attitude and the aptitude to prioritise and manage the expectations of the business
- Certificate IV in WHS / Training

There is extensive travel within this role and it will require you to commit to
- Extensive travel to regions
- Be located 1-1.5 hours from an airport
- Drivers licence
