**About the Role**
As a Home Quality Assurance Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping Youi deliver on its promise to our customers. You will provide support to the National Home Quality Manager by ensuring we have a quality framework to review and validate the performance of our trusted Home Service providers which includes; cost, quality and customer service. Using your technical skills and understanding of the claims process you will ensure we deliver the best outcomes for our customers.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Utilise builder codes and regulations to provide factual information on quality repairs
- Conduct objective and credible quality reviews
- Report on quality assessments, whilst identifying areas for improvement
- Ensuring WH&S practices are being followed
**About You**
You will be a driven individual, with the ability to adapt and work autonomously, as well as in a team environment.
- A trade background with a thorough understanding of repair requirements and process would be beneficial
- A background in Home Claims Management or Home Assessing
- Proven verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content paired with the ability to prepare and present reports.
- Knowledge and understanding of the building industry
- An understanding of claims/building terminology and processes
- A people person with the ability to build strong relationships
- Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail
- The drive to succeed and progress within the Assessing Team and the broader business
- A current and unrestricted driver’s licence
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
