We have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated Administration Team Leader to join our Padstow Distribution Centre

You will need to have the ability to make decisions, and work to and meet key performance indicators. Your style will be one of accountability, taking pride in achieving results and having a passion for growing your business through delivering high quality service.

**The role**:

- Managing individual and team KPI's - driving success
- Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Lead and support your team
- Guide the development of all team members by identifying and providing learning and development opportunities
- Support management of the schedules of work

**What we are looking for**:

- Driven and energetic professional and people leader
- Have experience in supervision and leadership
- Service focused with a commitment to delivering a first-class experience
- Ability to lead to achieve targets and key performance indicators
- Technology savvy
