We provide skilled to various sectors, including renewable energy sector, construction, mining, offshore and metal fabrication workshops in Australia.
**The Role**
We are seeking an expert Administration Officer who values safety, integrity, is a critical thinker, excellent communicator, skilled in customer service and record keeper The Administration Officer is responsible for all order processing, invoicing and record keeping related activities.
**Responsibilities**
- Processing order related paperwork
- Data entry
- Document control
- Invoicing if required
- Coordination with clients on orders
- Dispatch coordination
- Excellent PC skills
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in an workshop manufacturing environment
- Must have own transportation
- Must have own standard PPE
- Experience with software, Microsoft Word, Excel
- Demonstrated professional communication & organisation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and commercial acumen

**Salary**: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
