**Are YOU who we are looking for?**
We are on a mission to find an enthusiastic and motivated People & Coordinator to join our lively People & Culture Team. You will support our footwear brand teams across ANZ and our Distribution Centre. We are looking for someone who is incredibly organised and has a high attention to detail. You are a self-starter, can work autonomously but also enjoy being part of a team. You will have exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships with our diverse Brand Collective team.

**What you’ll be doing**
The People & Culture Coordinator will report into the People Partner - Footwear and is responsible for being the first line of contact for all P&C related queries.

The P&C Coordinator will be a true generalist and is responsible for the administration and coordination of a range of People and Culture functions. You will support recruitment, onboarding, learning, diversity, policy review, as well as key strategic projects.

On a day-to-day basis you’ll be working across the breadth of HR activities including (but not limited to):

- Act as a first point of contact for all retail and DC employee queries
- Reassign queries to the relevant area of P&C if escalation is required
- Support in the rollout of key strategic initiatives (e.g. implementation of our new HRIS)
- Assist employees with system queries and provide guidance in relation to processing changes
- Prepare contracts of employment as well as other letters as required
- Provide administrative support and ensure all staff records are up to date
- Identify continuous improvements opportunities and assist with the implementation of these tasks
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with ad-hoc recruitment
- Full life cycle workers compensation and injury case management across your dedicated stakeholder group
- Support in the continuous development of our EVP including rollout of new employee benefits
- Assist with the rollout of new learning initiatives including workshop facilitation
- Champion Diversity & Inclusion initiatives

**What experience is required?**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or equivalent is desirable
- Knowledge of and/or experience with General Retail Award 2010
- Experience in the retail, hospitality or FMCG industries is essential
- Ideally, you have been involved with injury management in a retail, Distribution Centre or similar environment and are used to a fast pace.
