Site Foreman - Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Have a strong understanding of Construction processes for commercial and residential projects
- Management of Safety Processes including Site Inductions, obtain & review SWMS and risk assessments, and ensuring the safe execution of works on site at all times
- Interpretation of plans and specifications
- Develop For Construction Programmes for each project on Excel and/or Microsoft Project and status on a monthly basis.
- Develop detailed 2 weekly Subcontractor Programmes throughout the duration of projects
- Management & co-ordination of trades and materials deliveries to meet Programmes
- Have the ability to work well under pressure and deliver projects on time
- Maintain Quality Assurance requirements including ITPs, critical stage inspections, requesting and submitting shop drawings and samples for approval as required
- Liaison with clients on a regular basis for project updates and resolution of queries.
- Liaison with Project Consultants as required for RFI’s and site inspections
- Work within budgets and manage the works with a cost effective approach.
- Have a “hands on” approach to certain tasks as and when required
- Assistance with obtaining pricing and estimating from time to time
- Be a team player, reliable, and maintain an energetic and positive attitude.

**Salary**: $75,763.20 - $100,000.00 per year
