**The Role**: Step into the spotlight as our Full-time **Store Manager**, where you'll be immersed in every facet of store performance, from sales and service to merchandising, P&L management, recruitment, training, and driving business expansion. **Key Selection Criteria**: To thrive in this role, you'll need a solid background of 2 to 3 years in the retail industry. We're seeking individuals who embody friendliness, loyalty, adaptability, flexibility, creativity, and an abundance of emotional intelligence.
