Our 4 in 1 Communications skills program SpeaksCraft combines Public Speaking, Creative Writing, Debates and Drama activities that helps to develop the essential life skill of communication in children. The Program is offered as after-school and weekend classes and school Holiday Workshops. We believe this life skill will serve them throughout life.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer/Admin Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

**Position Summary**: As a Customer Service/Admin Officer, you will be our customers' first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. You will be responsible for managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, coordinating events, and assisting with financial management tasks. This full-time position is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the successful execution of our programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Track and manage payments, ensuring accuracy in financial records and handling refunds as needed.
- Coordinate schedules for classes, workshops, and meetings, ensuring that all bookings are accurately managed.
- Assist with customer inquiries, providing clear and helpful information to parents and potential clients.
- Support the Director and Learning Programs Manager with event planning, logistics, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records in our class management and invoicing systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Rostered weekend support with customer queries.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with financial management tasks, including cross-checking payments and managing refunds.
- Familiarity with class management and invoicing software such as UD.IO and Xero is a plus.
- Working with Children Check is a plus.
- Current Driver's license
