Solar Harbour (Trading as Victory International Marketing Pty Ltd) is looking for sales representatives to join our team as part of a new business venture focusing on the supply and installation of Heat (Water) Pumps for homeowners as part of the new Energy saving initiative.

The field specialist must offer the product to a potential client for $33 and has to create a positive impact on the customer and thereby, educating the customer about the energy scheme in place and how they can be eligible for this opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Heat pump field specialist will engage with potential customers, educate them, and ideally increase their interest to obtain a heat pump by replacing their existing hot water system
- Acquire leads via door-to-door sales techniques, engage, qualify, and excite the customer
- The heat pump field specialist will also have an opportunity to cross sale multiple products to potential customer at door step including heat pumps
- The Heat pump field specialist will work in a set territory will work 6 days a week to achieve the sales targets and KPI's
- Training will provided, and will have to report to the manager on a day to day basis
- Must be willing to travel interstate as and when required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to speak with members of the public.

- Willing and able to be in a retail environment and stand for extended periods
- Tenacity and ability to handle rejection
- Proficient in conducting product demonstration
- Ability to influence the buying decision
- Customer service oriented and enjoys being helpful to others
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Independent, self-motivated and organised
- Flexible and able to adapt
- Reliable access to transportation, as needed, to travel to/from territory
- 18 years of age minimum
- Multilingual a plus, not essential
