**About Us**:
Railer is a technology focused logistics startup. We are reinventing trucking and changing the future of the $50bn Australian Trucking Industry.

Roughly 250 billion tonne-kilometres of freight is moved by trucks every year in Australia. We help businesses move their goods interstate by matching them with interstate truckers. We have a wide range of clients across a wide range of industries, from Food & Beverage to Aerospace & Defence.

The business is growing extremely fast and we are looking for a National Operations Analyst to support the daily transport operations.

This is a very exciting and dynamic role and could involve wearing multiple hats to fulfil multiple needs across business operations.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
This is a very important and core role within our fast-growing startup. You will be given a lot of responsibility and play a critical role in day-to-day operations.
- In the beginning, you will work closely with the founders and receive full training and support
- Optimise allocation of freight to our carrier partners using our internal software
- Negotiate agreements/contracts with trucking companies
- Process customer bookings using our internal software
- Contribute to software/product development by providing feedback and suggestions based on your daily use
- Hiring new Operations Analysts
- Training, mentoring, and managing new employees
- Expanding operations into new geographies
- Launching new lines of business that we have planned, including warehousing and local distribution

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Open to recent university graduates
- Logistics experience is a plus, but not a necessity
- Training will be provided with plenty of support - we are committed and invested in your success
- Needs to be excited about working at a fast-growing, innovative, tech-focused startup
- Driven and wants to take on responsibility
