Our Sydney CBD clubs are your sanctuary, with prime locations in Wynyard and Bligh Street. Featuring a cardio and weights zone, furnished with top of the line equipment, our clubs feature custom built studios for Grid Training (HIIT), Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Cycle and boxing. Beyond fitness, you'll find a sprawling café or lounge space with bright windows and plenty of power ports. Plus, your membership gives you full access to rest and recover at our clubs that have spa and sauna facilities.

**Your gig
**Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll connect people to a gym membership that empowers them to live happily ever active.
- In a nutshell: _
- You'll understand peoples' goals, buying criteria and decision-making processes to form a genuine and long-term relationship with them.
- You'll provide people with relevant solutions and recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
- You'll deliver warm and genuine interactions where queries and feedback are handled effectively.
- You'll create a flawless experience for each new member by providing a non-intimidating sign-up process and a thorough set-up to ensure they have a smooth first visit.
- You'll identify and gain new members through daily activities like prospect and retention calls, community activations (always loads of fun) and following up leads and referrals.
- You'll get a comprehensive four week induction to set you up for success and ongoing product and sales training ensure you optimise your results.
- You'll be empowered to manage your own time and can be counted on to reach your targets.

**About you**
- You're passionate about fitness, patient, level-headed and cool under pressure with relevant customer service, retail or hospitality experience.
- You're comfortable on the phones and get a kick out of hitting and exceeding targets.
- You're comfortable communicating at all levels. You're curious and love to learn about people so that you can come up with prescriptive solutions to kick start their fitness journey.
- You're a team player. You love voicing ideas with your team mates. People can count on you to offer a helping hand. A+ for you.
- You'll be able to work 38 hours a week
