All Hours Fitness Punchbowl is looking for a vibrant and motivated Gym Sales Consultant in the Southwest Sydney Area.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated sales professional who is passionate about the fitness industry to join our team. Our aim is to provide the best fitness facility in our local area, where our members feel supported along their fitness journey.

You will play a vital role in generating new leads, selling gym memberships to prospects and new members using a variety of effective sales strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fitness and enjoys building long-term customer relationships.

We provide you with great potential to grow and develop. With our extensive staff training, development program, ongoing support and guidance you will have every opportunity to succeed in this sales position.

SALES / RECEPTION

This role offers a broad range of responsibilities including:

  • Overseeing Day to Day operation of the gym
  • Maintain the cleanliness standard of the club
  • Member services
  • Selling memberships, completing membership agreements and entering new members into the database
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Upbeat and motivating attitude
  • Punctual and organised
  • Administrative duties
  • Completing daily cleaning zones as assigned by management
  • Assisting with housekeeping and restocking of supplies
  • Involvement in local area marketing
  • Greeting all members and guests
  • Australian Permanent Resident or Citizens only.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience in a similar role
  • Patient, level-headed, and able to work effectively under pressure
  • Skilled in sales and comfortable engaging with prospects over the phone and in person
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's, with a strong drive to generate new business
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and think quickly on your feet
  • Team player who enjoys sharing ideas and supporting colleagues
  • Committed to maintaining high standards
  • Flexible availability, able to work weekdays and weekend shifts on a rotating roster.
