australia melbourne permanent on-site parking, south eastern suburbsWorking for this dynamic Records and Information Management organisation as a Digital Solutions Consultant you will have responsibility for technical leadership and pre-sales consulting of digital services and solutions.

Your will focus on understanding customer needs, scoping requirements and designing solutions, and act as a trusted advisor helping customers evaluate their digitisation strategy and successfully identify and grow opportunities for the organisation.

**Key activities**
- Define and manage technology offerings and related services to large Customers and the market
- Influence the development of Go-To-Market solutions and service offerings
- Technical lead on scoping, designing and delivering solutions
- Work closely with Sales/Account Mgrs, IT and Operations influencing successful delivery of services and solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction
- Understand and articulate technical requirements (requirements gathering) and digital product workflows for customer solutions (including design, capability, costs and pricing)
- Presales support for all customer digital solution engagements
- Manage third party vendors/developers including articulating solution requirements, quote process and solution delivery
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of digitisation products and technologies and how these translate to customer records and information management.
- Understand industry trends and then identify, build and deliver creative and flexible solutions

**Skills, knowledge, and experience**
- At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Solution Consultant or in a similar role across B2B or enterprise environments where digital products & services (plus broader digital transformation) where the primary focus on the product roadmap
- Demonstrated experience working with technical development and operational teams.
- Strong project management experience including track record of successful delivery of customer solutions and leading virtual teams
- Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
- Ability to innovate and adapt to latest developments.
- Understanding of digitalisation products, especially in Records and Document management, such as; TR, Kofax, Kodak, IRIS, OnBase, M-Files, DocuWare, Documaster etc
- Knowledge of OCR & ICR systems & capabilities highly regarded
- Understanding of scanning technology hardware highly regarded
