HD Cardboards supply high quality cardboard and plastic packaging. Our main customers are fruit and vegetables growers and wholesalers in the WA metropolitan area; however, we are expanding into other markets. Based in Neerabup, WA, we are a family-owned and operated business with a focus on recycling waste. Due to business expansion, we have a vacancy for an experience and skilled Supply and Distribution Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborating and supporting the Director and other Team Leaders on the daily/weekly planning of supply.
- Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs; direct staff activities and improve their performance; establish a professional supply chain team.
- Negotiate and facilitate the supply and service of contracts.
- Monitoring and reviewing storage and inventory systems to meet supply requirements and control stock levels.
- Effectively manage the day-to-day operation of the warehouse. Receive and track movement of stock in and out.
- Make sure all packaging and distributions activities adhere with environmental legislation as well as complying with health and safety requirements.
- Manage warehouse facilities and oversee all related works including maintenance, safety, and security.
- Work within budget to maintain stock levels using inventory systems. Update prices of products, record all purchases and distribution transactions to the systems.
- Enter in Sales orders and schedule in deliveries with drivers.

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor or higher qualification in marketing/management or related field.
- At least 5 years relevant experience in a related operations management function is required.
- Good inter -personal and communication skills.
- Ability to forward think, use initiative and make decisions.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Management Systems all Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent planning, organising and prioritising skills.
- Ability to implement, and ensure compliance with, company policies & procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
