**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Due to the upcoming launch of our new Neerabup store, an exciting opportunity has become available for a **Trainee Store Manager** based in **Neerabup**for a motivated and career orientated professional to learn all facets of the business and become a future business leader.

Working across Trade Sales, Design and Customer Pick Up. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Retail store team - reporting to the Store Manager.

**This is a full-time, permanent position, working on a rotating roster which will include some weekend work.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
- Assisting customers to find innovative design solutions and preparing project quotations
- Assist with leading retail team members in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining store stock levels and general housekeeping
- Assisting with loading customer orders
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven ability to provide retail solutions
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Previous experience within a retail and /or building industry preferred
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A team player that has a passion for retail sales
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
