**About Us**

Pearl Home Care is one of Victoria's fastest growing Home Care providers who is seeking some more dedicated staffs suitably qualified and experienced Support/Personal Care Workers to join our team.

**About You**

You pride yourself on providing quality care and support to individuals in their own home, including social support, personal care, domestic assistance. Have excellent communication skills. You are enthusiastic, organised and punctual. You are friendly and genuinely care about the consumers you assist.

**Essential skills and qualifications you possess**
- Experience in aged care or community care.
- Certificate III or IV in individual support, home and community care, disability or equivalent
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR
- National Police Clearance Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, families, and carers.
- Caring attitude with a strong focus on customer service
- Self-motivated with good organisational skills
- Ability to provide professional references.
- Must have own Smart Phone
- Must have Driver’s License with access to a clean reliable vehicle.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual, Freelance, Seasonal, Temp to perm, Contract, Volunteer, Internship, Graduate
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: From $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
