**About the Role**

As a member of our dynamic team, you will report to the Catering Manager and work within a fast-paced, team-focused environment at Joondalup Health Campus.
- Your duties will include but are not limited to:_
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Setting up, plating and distributing patient meals and beverages
- Undertake cleaning duties throughout the department and at ward level whilst keeping in line with HACCP/Food Safety regulations infection control and hospital standards
- Dishwashing
- Allergy control awareness

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service, kitchen and hospitality is essential
- Previous experience in hospitals is desirable
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
- Ability to be sensitive to customer information, their needs and wants
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
- Compliance with HACCP, Food Safety and Workplace, Health and Safety
