Little Lion Early Learning is excited to announce the grand opening of our newest centre located in Burwood Westfields We are seeking passionate educators to create a fun and positive atmosphere for early childhood learning and care

**About the role**
- Develop and implement the educational program and achieve quality learning outcomes for your classroom
- Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc) to enhance the child’s abilities.
- Create and maintain maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
- Ensure the centre is a safe area for children, staff and visitors
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with children, families, carers and other team members
- Keep records of children’s progress, routines and interests

**Skills and experience**
- Desire to work with children and demonstrated capacity to enhance their experiences
- Cert 3 or Diploma qualification
- Proven experience in a similar role (graduates or 4th years students are welcome as well)
- A relevant early childhood education qualification
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven willingness to learn and improve.
- Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care
- Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $26.00 - $38.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
