Job Description
Your Role as an Educator
Create Safe and Inspiring Spaces
Design environments where children feel secure, supported, and motivated to explore and learn.
Plan Engaging Experiences
Lead hands-on, fun, and creative activities that spark curiosity, imagination, and a love of learning.
Build Strong Connections
Develop positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a welcoming, community-focused environment.
Champion Wellbeing and Growth
Support each child's social, emotional, and developmental needs while promoting overall wellbeing.
Collaborate and Innovate

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A warm, collaborative approach with strong communication skills
- Cert III (or higher) in an ACECQA recognised qualification (or currently studying)
- Valid First Aid, CPR, WWCC, and Australian work rights (or able to obtain these)
