**A bit about you**:
You’ll be managing high-cost and high-risk claims, so you’ve got to be resilient.
You’ll have excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor your style depending on the audience
You’ll have great attention to detail, you don’t let anything slip through the cracks
You’re excellent at prioritising your time, you know how to get stuff done
**A bit about the Job**:
You’ll manage a portfolio of high cost and complex travel claims
You’ll liaise with several stakeholders including the underwriter, legal, medical experts, investigators and other external suppliers.
You’ll identify opportunities to improve procedures, claim quality and customer experience
