**About the role**:
We have an exciting role available for an E-Commerce Specialist to join the team Reporting to the divisional E-Commerce Manager you will drive & lead the management & maintenance of the AU & NZ Hype DC websites. Working collaboratively across the business you will play an active role in the strategic map whilst providing a superior ecommerce experience.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting the team in achieving and exceeding Stretch Targets, Net Revenue, Profit Targets, & KPIs.
- Manage the flow, timing and process of products going onto the website (Top Sellers, Limited Releases, and Core).
- Complete reporting on daily eComm Sales, Weekly eComm Sales, & Monthly eComm Sales, providing relevant insights and speaking to potential opportunities.
- Complete Ad-hoc reporting where necessary.
- Monitor & analyse relevant website metrics band take appropriate action.
- End to end Management and review merchandise presentation on site to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing, and promotional tags

are accurate and meet internal guidelines.
- Review product images, links & descriptions and update the websites content as required.
- Support Marketing Campaigns with relevant updates on landing pages/ blogs as required.
- Organise & support photography shoots and approving images for the site.
- Support Local Area Marketing in updating Store contact details.
- Manage the onboarding of new brands and monitoring onsite search and redirects.
- Support regular onsite testing to review site performance and effectiveness.
- Liaise with the product team to understand product delivery dates to plan product enrichment process and collaborate on product deliveries and SOH.
- Working with the e-Commerce Manager alongside Planning and Warehouse teams to maximize stock to optimize sale opportunities.
- Generating product descriptions by using product data available and using the appropriate tone of voice.
- Ownership of the product on site, ensuring all data is accurate to deliver a best-in-class CX and reduce returns.
- Work with SEO team to ensure products are optimized for search traffic.
- Ensure product is merchandised in alignment with merchandise strategy to optimize gross profit.
- Write copy for areas of the site and EDMs whilst building and maintaining briefs for the marketing calendar
- Develop and implement relevant content and product landing pages to support marketing campaigns as required
- Liaise with web developers to build web functionalities and site enhancements whilst undertaking onsite UAT testing & QA checks on new website

developments/deployments
- Work with various departments to ensure we are delivering best in class customer experience

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- An understanding of KPIs.
- An understanding of the products that drive sales within the business.
- Microsoft Suite competency.
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
